We have been running seaweed workshops along the Co. Waterford coast since 2008 and are now sharing the knowledge through a range of workshops and cookery demonstrations and a new book – The Sea Garden.

Thanx to both yourself & Kevin for a marverllous, natural experience. We brought a load of seaweed home & Bernie has been diligently drying it. Found it very easy to identify each type - once we had stretched it out & used your book as a guide.
I loved it but kinda knew that it'd be class. The big thrill for me was seeing the kick that Ber & the two boys got out of it.
Really taken with Kilfarassey - beautiful place - loved those craggy rocks that we were looking out on. Also loved the food - all of it! The raw stuff to begin with as well as the more prepared food at the table.
It’s funny but the book is beginning to resonate more with us now & you've also taken away some of the fear.
